I have a Dell inspiron mini netbook running XP.
I cannot get Flash to work at all. I have deleted it from my programs and reinstalled it twice and it still just crashes-wherever flash is required I get a black screen with a white jigsaw shaped sad face on it. What am I doing wrong?? Are there other programs I may be running which interfere with it?
Driving me crazy! Thanks for any ideas.:D

Have you downloaded the correct version for your browser? (there is an IE version and a NONE IE version for firefox etc):idea:0

Try downloading the Flash Uninstaller from Adobe and running that - then try installing again.0
