They're alright. They have an exclusively UK based call centre which is great but there can be minor problems. Quickly resolved though.
E.g. I had a refund form eBuyer on a Creation group card last year and it ended up in a suspense account. I had to speak to a supervisor about it and they found the funds, transferred them over, and all was good. Took three days waiting but not biggie, at least they sorted it.
Certainly their call centre is better than Vanquis' or Capital One's but not top of the packCashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

Is Tesco any better? will be using it for a balance transfer Tesco are only 2 months off Creation.0

Tesco are a bit better yes, but I have only ever had one problem with Creation and to be honest, I'm still not sure I should blame them - given the refund was made to a card I had reported lost its only fair to cause a bit of confusion their end.
Besides which Tesco is very strictly credit scored in comparison with the Creation card.
Good luck! :beer:Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

i have 2 creation cards at the moment, regularly get 9 month 0% offers from them as i clear the balance each month, their online service isnt class leading but phone staff are helpful enough. I had a tesco 0% card and got a £500 limit whereas creation gave me £2600 , so quite a difference in scoring!_________________________________________

it shows online min payment and date by, along with transactionsDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
