The way i do it is pre reg with ticketmaster have the page loaded at the time tickets go on sale, hit refresh then fill in the details. You should be ok if you can get in with 10 mins

If you buy them online at Ticketmaster there is also a £4.90 fee on top of the ticket price.

do what i do for Glastonbury tickets each year. Have the phone in one hand and Ticketmaster pre-loaded ready to go at 9am with the other! ;)

thanks for your replies ( thanks button has dissappeared again ) is there any way to order and not pay the £4.90 ( is that each ticket ? )as son only got enough off his mate to cover the seat charge as i am paying for my sons ticket so i will be out another £9.80 ????????????????????????

Ordering on-line is usually a lot less hassle, despite the charge. You could queue for ages at the box office, or queue for ages on the phone and then probably pay extra for using debit/credit card anyway, so its swings and roundabouts. The charge is per order, not per ticket.
