in Credit cards
I just heard from a friend that Santander have recently announced a dormancy fee for storecards - this will include cards issued by Dorothy Perkins, House of Fraser, Laura Ashley, Debenhams and Topshop.
Anyone know anything about this? If they are going to charge me for not using their cards then I won't bother having them.

Santander's Ts&Cs do provide for the future inroduction of charges for "maintaining" dormant savings and current accounts but I haven't heard of any proposals on credit cards.

Then you appear to have answered your own question. The less people have to do with Santander, generally, the happier their lives are likely to be, in my view.

What I really wanted to know is what other cards are included in this. They only quote some of the cards and i'd like the full list.0

You can look here.
Edit
More generally, when you apply for a store card, the agreement you sign should tell you who the credit provider is.Warning: In the kingdom of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.
