i saw this a while ago but my local said it wasn't on and that id have to pay £20!!! so i sent a complaint to specsavers and they emailed saying if the store doesn't honour it, they need to phone them as it's clearly advertised online. so i booked another appointment and told them about the email and told me to bring it in when im assessed. When I gave them the email, she said she'l have to verify it first and i may still need to pay.
Of course they'l look stupid when they phone up.0
