What lovely colours they have in that crapchart they have
it's designed to frighten you into paying, they will have a difficult job taking you to court, all they got is the RK details, how do they know who is driving, any claim can only be made to the driver ? Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
Oops silly me , they have your details but they still will not take it further than junk mail

Hope this helpsHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why then you're as thick and stupid as the moderators on here - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Is there anything I can say to them to stop them phoning as it is my parents house that I live in. I don't wish for my parents to get caught up on this.0

Tell them you only wish to have communications in writing and say that if they don't you'll get them done for harrassment.
Or alternatively explain it all to your mum and dad [point them to here] and they can have the same fun as you winding the callers up.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why then you're as thick and stupid as the moderators on here - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Or just say the alleged debt is expressly denied, pass the file back to your clients, any further contact will be deemed harassment, and WILL be reported to the police.
Any further contact will be illegal, make sure you say that this call is being recorded, and get a name of the person calling.
After that just ignore completely and utterly anything the ppc sends you.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?

Now there's an idea - set up a competition league to see who can keep them on the phone (and therefore wasting money and not harassing othersOopsadaisy wrote: »Tell them you only wish to have communications in writing and say that if they don't you'll get them done for harrassment.

) the longest?
Seriously, though, daisy is right - if you tell them on the phone you only wish to deal with them in writing, they are required to respect that - not that they necessarily will! However, if you made the request and they ignore it, there is a 'Cease and Desist' letter you can send them.
It won't be long before they give up, though

Read this link to understand where you can report this harassment, there are loads of places you can shop the scumbags to! Scotland version:
http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk/scotland/factsheet.php?page=10_harassment
But certainly answer the next call confidently! Do not let them even finish their first sentence - starkly and firmly inform them that they are harassing you. Tell them that the debt is denied and they must desist with the phone calls if they want to avoid a court case for harassment. Tell them, if the parking company wants to take me to Court over the alleged Parking Charge sobeit, but any other calls or letters in the absence of Court papers will be considered further harassment.
Do not discuss anything else, don't let them lead the conversation. Own it yourself! :TPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
