Hybrid Bike - What size frame should I get?

Hi, Im 6ft 2in. I know nothing about bikes but is this one ok for someone of my size? Would I be ok with a 22.5in frame?

I've sourced it for less than half price! I just need to make sure It is right for me, the person who is selling it has said it's ok for me.. but i think they would say that anyway! I just need a second(third and fourth etc.) opinion
