Yesterday i got two bottles of Elvive Loreal Intensive normal shampoo. On the shelf it said 2 for £3.50 but when the bill came it was £3.00 for 2. I have just looked on the website, and it says `2 for £3 selected Elvive` so if the offer is online, that must mean it is on instore as well?.

Does anyone know if any skincare/no7/electrical vouchers are likely to be given out soon? They're more use to me than extra points...

result! Just had an email back from boots complaints department to say that my AC card will be credited with 500 points as a goodwill gesture, i complained about a sa last week who took my extra points voucher for toni&guy hairproducts but didnt credit the points and very sneakily put the reciept in the bag so i dont notice.Im sure they knew it was a genuine complaint as i had rceieved 1 voucher in the post &printed another from AC machine.

    I've been Money Tipped!
A few bargains today (sadly no more toni & Guy minis free)

St ives Firming lotion 75mg 29p

Buy hair removal items from Boots get botanics bodyglow free & hair removal items reduced too. (I know this is an old one but still works)

Also some wipes for 25p (were 99p) think they were simple Boots own make or below them on the shelf as i didn't get any.

    Not much else!

When you purchase anything from boots.com you can return it instore but it must be something that a boots store sells or they do not have it on the system. I.e I ordered a thomas knapford station and some belgian Biscuits. The station is only available online so could NOT go back instore but the biscuits could. WARNING: Staff are complete scaredy cats at refunding anything from boots.com and will try to fob you off. Always have your receipt (delivery note thing) with you and fight your corner. My SA was very snotty with me and said why couldnt i just return them and also said she would only take my things back If I gave her everything in the 3 for 2. A quick call to customer services and they called her and had a go, gave me 1000 points and I got to return whatever I wanted

    Good luck!!

    Think 400ml products are 2 for £3.50, 250ml products are 2 for £3.
