I did as well and no points. Looked online and it is not included in the 500pt offer. Good buy though.

got triple points and a voucher from machine for a spend over £40 also they were on 3 for 2 but no extra 500 point for 2

they are on 3 for 2 you should have got a free one too:o i would go back and nab one!!!!

i complained to boots about the no7 gift offer because i purchased 3 items a m eyeshadow brush £5.50, an eye pencil £6.75and the silver xmas eyeshadow pallete9.50 but i used a £5no7 voucher aswell.When i was served the sa scanned the eyeshadow pallete as a seperate transaction, and then the other items,when i asked about the gift she said no because the 2nd transaction was not £15 there were alot of people so i didnt argue but complained to boots by email.Yesterday i got an email back saying they were sorry i felt the offer was misleading but that i was in the wrong as my purchase wasn't £15-i spent £16.75 that day

IF there is more than one ACM in your branch then try them all. In my experience different machines throw out different offers. Its also a good idea to have another card or 2 in hubbys/daughters/sons/mum/dads name. I know a few of us on here have several cards. :rolleyes: :eek:

I haven't had any Boots mailings since the summer. I had 17000 points until a couple of weeks ago when I redeemed them. They obviously don't think I'm loyal enough!

I never get any mailings from them, although I do get regular emails. How do you sign up to the postal list, please? Do you have to join one of the clubs?
