  • Hiya,

Just thought I'd say in Dundee today I picked up two packs of Boots throat lozengers BOGOF and two of the free winter packs and got both free. Grand total of £1.55 for the throat lozengers. Not that I think it will make any difference, but they were honey and lemon and blackcurrant. I think it will work on any flavour of lozengers.

Also picked up the botanics glow lotion free with the 31p razors. Sales Assistant's face was a picture in the nicest way. She is going to try for some later. Big difference to the one the other day who said I was putting her out of a job when I picked up the feet treats and a couple of other things on 3 for 2, and it went through in addition to the BOGOF feet treats voucher effectively giving me 3 for 1. She was not happy at all.

Thanks to all posters in here.

there is a boots feet treat gift set that is £8, and also on the 3 for 2 christmas gifts. So You buy 2 of these gift sets and the one is free but it still counts as 2 paid items so you can get these and a christmas gift for free in the 3 for 2, total cost = £8

I just tried to find it on the boots website but can't see the £8 one although there is a £5 one!!:

anyone had any delays in recent orders from boots?

i have two orders that have still not been dispatched one placed on the 23rd Nov (apparently due to arrive tomorrow shrug.gif) and one placed on the 25th (due to arrive on the 1st dec) still just showing as processing shipment.

the items on one order are still in stock.
and the items on another are now out of stock.

I placed an order on the 23rd Nov which showed delivery by the 30th and received all of it yesterday morning (28th) just as I was leaving to do school run.
  • Don't forget a lot of stores are holding their 1,000 points evening tomorrow. that's 1,000points for every £50 spent (2,000 for £100 etc) hth
  • Thanks beachlou, I never forgot. Will head to boots tomorrow for my christmas blitz!

Oh I remeber is the Jemina Kidd 2 nail files for £4 and 500 points still around?
Any more ideas for points-it is xmas shop day tomoorrow but do not want to spend £50.
  • I went to the Boots Christmas Shopping event this evening and bought a whole load of stuff. When I got home and reviewed my receipt I noticed that I had been charged for a Treseme Shampoo and Conditioner even though I thought this was buy one get one free - can anyone confirm this.

Also the Advantage card machine gave me a slip for buy one get one free on Gorgeous Feet products. I purchased six miniature items but again on checking the receipt note that only one item came free of charge - can anyone shed any light on this before I go back and query it.

    Thanks all
  • Hi Shirleytch, I found this offer last week but was not a member on the site to tell everyone, so got Mum to do the honours!
Were all 3 items you purchased using the Gorgeous Feet voucher on the 3 4 2 offer? When i went i bought 2 x Gorgeous Feet gift sets @ £8 each which also had the green sticker on to indicate 3 4 2 offer so I chose a Radox gift set from the gift department for £8. All 3 sets went through the till as 3 4 2, gave the voucher at the end like usual and it deducted one Gorgeous Feet product. Therefore paying £8 for 3 gift sets worth £24! Not bad for my first find!! :j
Would also like to say thanks for all the posts I have benefited from recently!
