zztopgirl wrote:plus 2 vouchers from the ac machine, extra points on no.7 xmas range and the no.7 voucher from their freebie bag went through on the same item. However i had a helpful sa who manually put one of the vouchers through so dont know if this is normal?
Does anyone else know if 2 or more vouchers can be used on the one item?
I don't think the 2 vouchers ( 200 pts on xmas no.7 and 250 pts from bag) are supposed to work together ... since when I have tried them together (2 different times) they would not go through. Like you though ... I was lucky enough to have a helpful SA (on 2nd attempt) and they manually put the points on for me.
It was a young man on the photogrqaphic counter ... lovely chap:)0 -

Really lovely gift set & free with just a £5 Boots '17' purchase! I got a couple of eye-shadows, a nail polish & makeup pencil sharpener splitting into £5 purchases so I got 1 set each for my girls for Xmas :-)
Many thanks for letting me know
about the above offer
went into Boots it seems if you buy
any foundation and concealer stick
from the 17 range you get the two items
for £6 plus the free gift set mentioned above0 -

Look for the one with a white strip at the top
Thanx for this info chachiluz! I got a couple of the old style bottles with the cheapo razors without any problems, until last week. Then I tried to buy more and it didn't work. The SA said there was no such offer, when the lotion went through as a sale. I explained that I'd bought the razors a few days earlier and got the lotion free, but she didn't seem to believe me!! Anyway, I was about to give up on this offer until I read your post. I sought out the bottle with the white strip this afternoon. Went to the till with the basic razors and bingo! It worked. The SA was quite shocked. She said " did you just get that lotion free with those razors?Wow, that's a good offer" It seems the staff at Boots have no idea what great offers they are missing out on...more for us to get our hands on, hee!
Thanx again!0 -
does anyone know if the ACM in boots usually work on the christmas shopping evenings? if not then can i go in before and print off the vouchers to then use on the night? also are the vouchers printed off generally only valid on the day they are printed or do they have an actual expiry date?

Thanks in advance!!!!
I used the ACM on a Boots evening! All the vouchers I've had recently have a date of 5/12/06 on them, so you can use these on a different date! I also managed to use the 350 points on a £35 spend which said excludes Xmas events! Got 4983 points on a spend of £120!!
Good luck!0 -
