Hi everybody i have had a very interesting shop at boots 2day.
    I had 2 no7 and 2 haircare vouchers purchased -
Trevor sorbie freshen and shine spray at £3.99 so paid 99p plus 150points voucher form ac machine.
Toni&guy detox shampoo at £4.99 so paid £1.99 plus 150points voucher form ac machine.
No7 limited edition whisper nailpolish at £5.50 so paid 50p
no7 matte lipcolour in luxe at£6.00 so paid £1
botanics dark green body bar99p &100 points mag voucher
& free botanics eye cream and free no7 voucher!!!
    But
when i checked my receipt i had been charged for the botanics so went back and asked for a refund got £7.98 back but Sa didnt take my points off and didn't ask for my voucher back so i came back with 440 points on a £4.48 spend!!!
Then i went to the downstairs department and saw lots of childrens clothing on sale at £2and £1 each(baby and mens department on lower floor)found 2 gorgeous winter dress's, 1 pair of jeans, 1 t-shirt,1 shirt and 2 skirts at £2 and £1 each. Decided to pay with points but the till wouldn't allow me to pay with points.SA was getting very agitated (big q) had to manually override each item 1 by1 so got lots of reciepts.I had about £31 pounds in points spent £11 on clothes but came back with £26.30 left which means Sa only took off about £5pounds worth so i am a very happy auntie with a very happy niece 2day!! Still got 2 vouchers and lots of points for that sale!!!
    Love can tame the wildest
  • Just thought that I would let you know further reductions online but stock going fast!
  • Went to Boots today, had a mixture of light and dark green stuff. Spent £13.52 on 5 Botanics and recived 5 free. Till receipt states saved £30.98 had mailing voucher for extra points and recived total of 825 points so only really spent £5.27. Also received no 7 voucher
Does anyone have any tips about using no 7 voucher to max?

Just got back from a trip to Boots MERRY HILL armed with my nail scissors. Transaction 1; got the mag with my card then went outside & cut the voucher out
    Transaction 2; went to a different till with;
    a)Botanics sissal body buffer £1.95
    b)" Nourishing Body Butter £5.00
    (dark green stripe)
    c)another magazine.
    Got the butter free & £1.07 (100 +7) of
    points so net cost 88p
Transaction 3: went outside & cut the coupon out of 2nd mag & repeated whole process again with the same goods, cost again 88p
Also topped my phone up (needed to do this anyway ) so got the £3 & £5 vouchers. running out of time but grabbed a John Frieda 'Radiant Red' colour sealer, £2.99 normally but free with the voucher .Total value of goods £16.89, net cost to me £1.76 . Not bad for 30mins work. I love Boots too!

Unfortunately there was no sign of any 99p body bars or £1.37 shaving gel ANYWHERE &
the body buffers were the cheapest thing I could find, they were in the bathroom section with loofahs etc but went thru on linksave no problems. SA on both tills commented on what a good offer it was, seemed surprised but still friendly.

NB; I couldn't see any sign yet of 75% reductions, everything still seems to be half price. Also no magazines on lower floor but plenty left upstairs by the tills.
A big thankyou from me to all you "Bootsies" for the info!

Christmas items are now 75% off online, any sign of reductions in store? I checked yesterday, but everything instore was still 50%.

Had to come and say a big thanks to you UltraCheap. I don't usually check on here in the morning but did today as I was going shopping and wanted to double check the latest offers/glitches in store.

Anyway ended up ordering nearly £200 worth, costing me just under £50! Took about 4 attempts to checkout as things kept disappearing out of my basket, didn't see the 500 pt voucher but not bothered as did remember quidco!

Needless to say I was late setting off shopping and never got to a Boots store, though did get some good bargains elsewhere!

Just had quick look before coming on here and everything I ordered is now out of stock so thanks again!
  • No 99p bodybars in the Liverpool City centre store today, and they're very well hidden at the opposite side of the shop xD They did have magazines in though. Better luck next time I hope.

Yes you did read on here cause it was me that posted it and i got the info from the Boots magazine so clearly the staff dont know about it. Call CS and see what they say about it. Let us know too.

Thanks. I was sure I had seen it. I will give them a ring tomorrow and see what they say. Will post and let you all know.
    If I had known then what I know now . . .

  • Talking Nev's were reduced from £29.99 to £19.99 now £12.60 !! In-store (Coventry) these were still £29.99 last weekend.

Any youngsters who watch early morning TV at the weekend will love these (ages 3+)

Several sold on EBay in the last few days for around £25.

That's the grandson's birthday pressie sorted

My better half just bought me some Joop at Boots which is selling for half price, £12 something. It’s the gift sets which are half price as the separates on the shelf were still full price.:j
