Had a look in Huddersfield briefly but couldn't find anything now they have moved everything around - can anyone who has been in this store help please?

Also, does this store have any Tassimo drinks &/or a Portable DVD Player bag/holder? I have £165 on AC so would like to pay with points for these if I can.

I think the offer points are for triple points on all Ladies Facial Care at the moment, that's what I got when I bought the wipes.

Pleased to report that I went back to my local store and explained what had happened, this time the S.A. didn't have her glasses and asked me to tell her what I was overcharged on. She then very kindly reimbursed me for the moisturiser I was overcharged for and just removed the extra points.

So thank you for all your help.

I also managed to pick up another body bar and free moisturiser.

today i bought a body bar and got a body butter free. i handed over a voucher for 100 points i got in the mailing for any full size botanics skincare product . when i got outside i noticed the points hadn't gone on i went back in and SA said i did notice that, i think it's because you got the body butter free. i then said can i have my voucher back please and she said i don't know coz i've written on it!! i got it back but don't know what to do, do you think i can use the voucher again and why didn't it go through?

Some SA's manually put the points on for you - your SA must have been having a bad day! Email CS and ask them why it didn't go through or try using it again. Failing that you can always pick up the January magazine which has 100 points Botanics voucher on the last page. HTH

I'm interested in starting bootsing, I assume the best offer at the moment is the botanics. Can I be a pain and ask a couple of questions? Do I buy any botanics thats not a moisturiser with a botanics product that says moisturiser and the moisturiser should be free? Is it best to only have one freebie per transaction and do I need to buy other stuff or will the SA be okay if I buy just one item and have one free?

You can buy any Botanics item and get any moisturising item free. You should be fine doing several at a time - I did 4 together today and it worked fine. The cheapest item seems to be the Botanics Bodybar at 99p.

Hi Flo, I'm a Newbie too but am loving it so far - hope you will too! The offer is buy a Botanics product (or another mosituriser if you want) and get any moisturiser free. According to some posts, any product mentioning moisturising on the label will go free. There have been a few glitches posted but the majority appear to be OK. If you are buying more than one freebie offer, make sure you give the items over to the SA in the right order to make sure the deals go through correctly as it has been posted that sometimes that causes a problem. And remember, there is a 100 points Botanics coupon in the January Magazine so put one in your basket everytime you shop! Good luck!
