You could try it Bloaty but not sure whether they will say you should have checked before you left the shop? Maybe you could email customer services and see where you stand? Its really not fair when something like that happens and the bargain doesn't seem like such a bargain anymore! Good luck and let us know how you get on.

I just assumed the Body Butter was not free and therefore, the cost was correct. It was only when I got home that I saw on this site that some people had been getting the Body Butter for free that I checked my receipt and noticed that there was an extra transaction.

Do you have or know where I get the tel. number for customer services as they seem to be very helpful judging by posts on this site, so worth a try,

    Thanks

Hi Bloaty, just looked on boots.com and the number for queries regarding shops is 08450 70 80 90. I'm sure they will be able to assist you as the body butter should be in the offer. Good luck!

today got sugar scrub and body souffle free, but had to buy dark green body bar at £2 to get them, would be very odd indeed if body butter was the only moisturiser not to be included

  • Does the £3 off professional haircare coupon work on Mens TS? Sometimes they exclude the mens range.
Still await the January Magazine at my local - they always seem to get late deliveries.
    Thanks for all your tips!

No mention of mens stuff in the terms & conitions on the reverse of voucher so should be fine

    T&C:
*This voucher entitles the holder up to £3 ff shampoo, conditioners and style products on the following brands <...>"
Also, it is named "professional haircare vucher", so I wouldn't be so sure that it should go through  But if it would - let us know ;)

You can use the TS ad point voucher 100pts with the £3 voucher for STYLING PRODUCTS only. IE the hairspray/mousse/gels So you can get something for 49p!
