sonee2405 wrote:Please correct me if i'm wrong but as far as i can seen the £16 no7 voucher parenting voucher clearly states no7 range and not cosmetics only so why do the sa insist that it can only be used on cosmetics which are priced at about £12 or below anyway, they don't allow 2 purchases within that price range either its unfair. If thats the case then skincare items must be excluded 2?Its supposed to be a treat for mums2b but its not really is it if they give you a limited choice-yes i have emailed boots to complain about it because i wanted to use mine towards the no7 artists pallete or the no7 illumniated mirrorand i would have paid the difference, I have also asked boots to email me regarding their perfume offer, I wanted stellas rose absolute which was £20 online but out of stock the very same day i saw it in store but it was £30 for the small and £42 for the larger bottle.I shop their everyday so i think i deserve a moan now and then.
Sorry everybody im having a bad day moan over!
Hi, I got the No7 Advanced Renewal Anti-Ageing Glycolic Peel with my free £16 voucher when it was £16.50 (its now £11) and they didn't even charge me the extra 50P! I've never had a problem with any Boots SA's and some even say 'you did really well there' or 'thanks - I didn't even know that was on offer'! Maybe the No7 SA's think you are already getting such a good deal with the £16 free that they are making a fuss but if I were you I would just take it to general till and hand it over. Good luck and let us know how you get on!

Thanks i will try again 2moro.we are blessed with cruella de ville at our no7 counter in stokeontrent. Most of my makeup bag is no7 but for some reason that particular SA is the most snobby and unfriendly woman i have ever had to be served by even if i spent a £1000 which would give her lots of commision she wouldn't smile at me.The regular till sa are almost the same sometimes i wonder if thers a big sign over my head saying "boots bargain hunter & points collecter"Love can tame the wildest0

You're not alone, my local No7 woman is dreadful, for some reason, and I have no idea why, she is rude, and unhelpful and dismissive! And it's rather cheeky seeing as she's horrendous, has a face caked with make-up and didn't even know about 1 certain product that they used to do and discontinued! I think people like this shouldn't be allowed to work retail, as there is nothing wrong with being polite and helpful, especially if that is what you're paid to do.
The ones in the other nearby shops aren't much better. They only ever seem to be nice to women their own age. And I spend more than they do!0 -
does anyone know if there is a maximum on the number of lower priced items you can buy via botanics to get the higher priced moisturisers?0

Does anyone know if the £5 voucher you use on N07 can be used on the reduced giftsets at £7.50? and if so, seeing as they were originally £15.00, can we get a free gift with them?
It says not, but as we all know, thats not always trueStopped smoking Jan 2007 after 23 years!Cigarettes NOT smoked = 240,945Smoke free days = 11 Years :TCash saved so far = £125,45,110 -
I posted this in a thread on its own, but think it may have been better placed here, so sorry if I repeat myself but like to make sure everyone sees it and someone else gets lucky.
This may have been a one of glitch but in my Boots today they had Daniele Ryman Phytoslender products reduced to clear at 75% off this is usually very expensive stuff and I have never used it before, but as it was so cheap decided to grab some day and night capsules reduced from £18.00 to £4.50, but to my surprise and the cashiers it went through at 75% of the reduced price so actually cost £1.12. So I went back and got some more different things from the same range to try and you guessed it, they all went through at another 75% off all the other items were reduced to £3.75 and I actually paid 0.93p for each of them. I got about £90.00 worth for next to nothing when you factor in the points I received.
In case anyone wants to check it out packaging is green or light brown in colour, hope someone else gets lucky. :T0 -

Maybe the No7 assistants all went to the same charm school, always put mine looking down her nose at me down to the fact my daughter aged nearly 3 refuses to sit in her buggy now and insists on trying to play with the testers while I am trying to work out what is the best way to get the best value for money from my money off / points coupons. That coupled with the fact that I never wear makeup when I visit Boots, she probably thinks I am from another planet.0
