I bought one of our daughters a netbook for her birthday on Monday. I ordered it online before noon yesterday, paid £9.95 for next day delivery before 10.30, and got it this morning at just after 9am.
I'm very impressed. In all the years of internet buying I've never had such good service.

The one I wanted was out of stock in Oxford Street London, so they found the very last one in the country for me at their store in Southampton and delivered it to him from there.
