Maximum hard drive size?

I have an old Toshiba notebook
Its a Satellite Pro 460CDT and has a 2GB hard drive
I need a new hard drive for it and need to know what is the maximum size it will take.
I downloaded the manual and a wad of info but havent found the answer
Can anyone help?

If it has any relevance its an intel Plll 166mhz 32kb cache
Has 32mb ram which i know needs an upgrade

    if you put win 98 or older you use FAT32 or FAT
    FAT volumes up to 2 GB
    FAT32 volumes up to 32 GB

    but there might be hardware limits.

    i would't use 40GB up but 40 might not work

    It is likely to be limited to the largest size that the most recent BIOS can handle.
