check size of sent email in thunderbird

hi there how can I check the size (KB) of email i sent through thunderbird, as i am wanting to sign up with https://www.authsmtp.com (http://www.authsmtp.com/auth-smtp/pricing.html) and make sure i choose the right package , many thanks

Right click on the subject header in your sent box (right hand side of display) and select size. it will then tell you the size of each mail sent.

when i right click on the subject heading of a sent email i get a menu but i can not see size on there.

Sorry I meant on the subject heading on the bar like this

sorry if i am being dumb here but when i right click the the subject heading bar all i get is copy , mine like like this (Thunderbird default view )

Mines the same right click on the word subject and you get this, and select size
