Thanks for all your replies - thanks to knuckledragger - i'm trying to ring my branch to speak to the mortgage adviser but it's a nightmare negotiating the call centres - tried 5 times and been on the phone 30mins and still not spoken to anyone at the branch!! Arrrr!!!
Going to try and confirm a few things before I take it up. Will let you all know how it goes, thinking it's probably a good idea to fix the rate now before it rises further!!! Many thanks
i am quite happy to say it again, so i will. that deal for ten yrs is good value and realistic - interest rates are on the increase. i see them going possibly into double-digits (much akin to the 1980s) within this ten-yr framework, to priiick this madness of a housing bubble.[not a spelling mistake, expletive deleter removed my word if spelt correctly].
BLOODBATH IN THE EVENING THEN? OR PERHAPS THE AFTERNOON? OR THE MORNING? OH, FORGET THIS MALARKEY!

I spoke to the Woolowich today and they said that this offer was due to go very soon as it was based on a 4.75% base rate.0
