EDF's Read. Reduce. Reward Scheme any good?

A week prior to the bill they email you reminding you to read the meter, you enter the meter reading on the website, and the bill they send you is based on your reading. They still come and read the meter about once a year. You can also look back at historic bills, and see where you are with the DD payments.
It is not worth changing to EDF for, but if you are with EDF it is worth signing up to it for a few free Nectar points.0
