UPDATED OP WITH INFO YOU MAY NEED ... HOPE THIS HELPS!

I know, I know, it's not a grabbit .. but there were hundreds of MSE'ers that ordered from Lush before Christmas and must read this!!!

The Lush website has been hacked !!!

Customers who placed ONLINE orders between 4th Oct 2010 and 20th Jan 2011, to contact their banks for advice as their card details may have been compromised.

Visit http://www.lush.co.uk/ for more details

UPDATES BELOW
  • Instore purchases or phone purchases using your cards is safe! Orders only online are affected. The general consensus seems to be to CANCEL the card and get a new one, even if you find nothing on your statement as yet as the hackers could still have your details.
  • An O2 transaction has been found on some people statements, so look out for that one (and post others you may have so we can look out for them too)
  • (Thanks postingalwaysposting) - Anyone who hasn't recieved an email from Lush and want to know when their last order was call 01202 668545 or e-mail orders@lush.co.uk. They will be able to access your account and tell you when youu last purchased and on what card, visa/master etc and the last 4 digits.

  • Thank you for this. Our card was used fradulently over christmas - now I know where they got the details from! Luckily Tesco spotted what was happening and stopped our card. But it has been bugging me where they got the details from as it was a fairly new card.
  • ohhh was just coming to post here lol you saved me the trouble :) my mum was caught out by this :(

Oh those poor people on the Lush web site who told us not to buy that big goody bag! Thank goodness we listened to them!

But seriously, I hope it all gets sorted.

The goody bag was only available over the phone so people who ordered those should be fine.
