The T&C say: "All entries must include name, address, email and phone number. Damaged, incomplete or illegible entries will be treated as invalid. "

BUT I'm only given a field to complete for Name and Email address?

Also, the T&C say "By opting in to this Free Prize Draw you are opting in to receive communications from both Links of London and Cowshed"

SO does this make the opt in/out tick boxes pointless then?!
