British Gas - Robbing Barstewards :)
Hi,
What do I have to do to stop BG putting my Electricity Click Energy Direct Debit up every month and I mean *EVERY* month.
I have been in credit since I had my account in April and am currently £95 in credit after a Bill for the August 30 - Nov 01 period. (The bill was £34 incidently for a 2 month period).
Every month I log into Click Energy to update my reading and EVERY month I have a:
Payment Change
We have assesed blah de blah.. and are putting up your DD to XX, you dont have to do anything. (They are so kind).
They have done this 3 months in a row now and I complain everytime and they reduce it back to £22 I have been paying since May.
The payment I am making is EASILY covering my usage and as I say I am in credit by nearly £100.
Who do I have to speak to at British Gas to STOP them putting my DD up. I have no interest of them holding onto anymore of my cash, I think I am in enough credit.
Cheers,
Mike
