(although chances of it coming to court are miniscule)
(This approach of not buying a P&D ticket isn't the consensus on here BTW, just my take on it!)
How?
When I get a p&d ticket, I don't read the signage other than to find out how much it is.
The chances are if I read all that bumff, by the time I got back to my car I would have a ticket on it.0 -

I wouldn't fancy arguing in court that I should be released from a contract because I didn't actually read it - Vigilantibus Non Dormientibus Jura Subveniunt.
Would much rather be sat there telling Judge Cocklecarrot that I hadn't entered into it in the first place, but ho hum.0
