It annoys me when they call to speak to my hubby (who works shifts) and wont say if its important or just a sales call cos Im not the account holder..... When I tell them I WILL get him out of bed if its a problem but he will not be happy if its a sales call they tend to get a bit flustered and say theyll call back. What does cause consternation is if you ask them for their FULL name - usual answer is the they are not allowed to give you that information under the DPA - you then ask them why, in that case, they are asking YOU for that information --- long silence ensues !0
