    It annoys me when they call to speak to my hubby (who works shifts) and wont say if its important or just a sales call cos Im not the account holder..... When I tell them I WILL get him out of bed if its a problem but he will not be happy if its a sales call they tend to get a bit flustered and say theyll call back. Which prompts me to tell them to take us off their marketing list.... grrr....

    What does cause consternation is if you ask them for their FULL name - usual answer is the they are not allowed to give you that information under the DPA - you then ask them why, in that case, they are asking YOU for that information --- long silence ensues !
