Blowing up Balloons for a party - Cardiff
Hiya,
Anyone know of places that do balloon preparations in Cardiff ?
ie. doing an evening wedding bash, and need around 50 balloons blown up with helium and tied onto weight boxes.....
I know Hobbycraft do this (i provide balloons and weights, they give ribbon and blow up balloons) and i think they charge 59p per balloon for doing this....
Anyone happen to know of someone else doing this ? similar price or lower even!
