How Can I Move Bonds Interest Between Accounts?

Hi,

I have money locked up in bonds and am living on the interest it pays. I've recently switched bank accounts from Santander to Bank of Scotland but have no idea how to move this payment from one account to the other? The bonds are with Legal and General, but the investment was set up with Alliance & Leicester, which is now Santander.

Is the best course of action to speak with Santander, Bank of Scotland or Legal & General? And how does one get in touch with the latter?

Your best course of action would be to contact Legal and General and just get them to update the details of the account to which you want the interest paid into, this shouldnt be difficult.

Telephone numbers can be found here. You'll need details of your accounts ready for when you ring them, hope it goes ok :j
