Praise for Amazon.

I made a thread last week about the screen on Kindle not working, and finally got round to phoning Amazon this morning and was pleasantly surprised.

Got through to someone right away, none of this on hold carry on, although I'm convinced the first guy was a robot, he spoke like one and didn't seem to understand much of what I said, but after that he put me through to a lovely irish man who has ordered me a replacement and will arrive tomorrow, all in was on the phone for about 12 minutes.

Many other companies should take a leaf out of Amazons book, instead of when you call being passed from pillar to post because noone seems to understand or know what you're on about.

A very happy customer today :)
