Pre-cast concrete drain surrounds

We have a problem with overflowing surface water drain inlets on our concrete patio - due to a lack of built up "lips"
Is it possible to buy pre-cast concrete surrounds to mortar in myself ?
They need to be about 6 inches square.

easy to make a mould with plywood, and pour them yourself.
or you could use stone edging like this,

Lips around the Gully Inlets should not be necessary. The surface water drain should accommodate the volume of flow without overflowing. Does the drainage discharge to a sewer or soakaway or ditch.?
