Ie7

I see there is a bit of a mention about IE7 but doesn't seem to be a full disscussion on it. Sorry if there is already and I'm being blind again, but I like it to a point but some things are not quite right with it, wondered if anyone can help.

I keep rearranging the toolbar layout and then locking them in place only to find they go back to where they were before the next time I open a new window. Any ideas

Also I have google installed and love it but IE7 is giving me a second google bar top right, that I dont want. Can it be got rid of altogether?

The bar with the home symbol seems movable but wont allow you to move it anywhere except off the screen. Any ideas?

Also is it possible to move my refresh button, I can't seem to?

Any help appreciated

Come on, I'm on to the third page already with no replies, somebody must have tried Internet Explorer 7 and have something to say about it good or bad..... .......please.
  • I tried it but didn't like it at all. I have rolled back to IE6 and downloaded the IE7 update blocker. Sorry but don't know how to fix your problem.

I've tried to install it a couple of times and it's crashed my PC each time, shame as I had the beta and it looked ok. I needed to do a system restore both times!

    Still, Firefox 2 rocks ;)

That's the reason I never go for a new program or wonder software until it's been out for quite a while and all the problems have been ironed out. I heard that IE7 has still some teething problems so I'll wait until the software has been well "tested" by other users before I venture to download it.

Sorry, I know the above is of no help to OP :o
