hi all i recently went for a repo house and submitted a sensible fair offered 91% of the full asking price. hous had been up for a good few moths with no offers. anyway submitted my offer coiple of days ago and the estate agent said they had received a higher offer on the same day i submitted mine and theres was higher. so…

How about you work out what the law suit will cost you. Then you take that money and add it to your offer as well. Then you buy the house if they accept that offer and get on with your life. Or they decline your offer and move on to the next house.

No point in making lawyers rich and giving yourself an ulcer because you won't change the world by suing - especially as you've no loss to sue for.
