    Thanks Latics, yea the telephone system is pants BUT is changing on the 1st of March, not sure how different it will be but theres defiantly back-room reshuffling.

    Good to know the in store staff were helpful, unfortunately theres only so much they can do as anything they do in store reflects on the stores bottom line. The in store staff will do as much as they can and it depends on who you get (I.e one of the KnowHow/TechGuys) as some will give what you expect and some will go the extra mile as they have either been there a while and know the system inside and out and don't get hassled by management.

    At least you got it sorted with a minimum of effort, plus £12 for a extra no quibble warranty + new machine.
