Micra maintenance message

Can anyone tell me how I can turn off the computer maintenance reminder on my Nissan Micra, without taking it for service. Only do low mileage so want to stretch service intervals a little. I have disabled service reminders 1 & 2.

    The oil/filter needs changing more often on cars that do stop/start short journeys. If you do 3k a year like that it's time it was changed.

    That I have done. Also brake fluid and coolant.
