Thanks so much op, ordered two lovely pairs of boots, nine west casteaway £180 for £39 on Friday and nine west vailing £216 for £49 on Saturday both arrived today and are really nice massive saving of £308!!

Just have to decide whether can justify keeping both pairs ordered two for choice incase one didn't fit? Decisions decisions!! Lol

Hi everyone, Ordered the Nine West Tumble boots in size 6 and on my despatch note it says size 8? Can anyone confirm if this is correct as was told it is a UK 6 but a US 8? (Just to confuse of course)

Also if you are trying to contact customer relations, don't bother. They won't answer. Instead I phoned the closest store possible and was referred to the store manager. She was very helpful and basically said that they get alot of people saying customer relations dont answer their telephones (apparently they are extrememly busy...) Yet their website clearly states they are available 9am till 9pm mon - fri :mad:

This is the second time also that they have not included the returns note in which to send goods back (Nightmare as I have to personally write out a letter with all my details!)

I will not be buying again from Kurt Geiger as it's just far too much hassle. No customer service, no returns note, wrong shoe size?

Me neither Cazo - they sent me two left feet recently in the shoes I ordered! :rotfl:
I had to pay to send them back and then had a job to get them to refund the postage (I ended up doing most of the comms by email)

Women's US shoe sizes are different to men's, bizarrely. You have to deduct 2.5 from the US size to arrive at the UK size. The Tumble boots I got stated 9 on the box but equated to a UK 6.5 (I ordered a UK 7) but the sizes are pretty generous as they fit fine.

I ordered two Nine West mid heel shoes on Sunday and just got them today! Very happy! They do have the US sizes on them (7.5), but they included a sizing conversion chart in my box, so I could see that US 7.5 is actually UK 5.5 (the size I ordered). And since the shoes worked out at £15 each (RRP £80), I am very very happy (well, other than not being able to get the Tumble boots in my size, hehe!). Thanks OP!
