I lost my welcome code after a pair i ordered were cancelled,i've emailed them twice and had no reply, you'd think a brand like this would have better customer service,so i'll be putting a letter in writing to elaborate further on my disdain lol

I have to say, I did find their customer service was rubbish. I emailed a couple of queries and only had a response to one, about 2 weeks later, telling me my order had been delivered to another address and signed for by someone else! It had actually been delivered to me in the time it took for them to reply. I also left a phone message which has never been returned.

If I was you, I would open another account with a different name or email address and use your welcome code in that way. You may never get a response from customer services and meanwhile whatever you want to buy may go out of stock!

I did think about doing that AFTER the ones i wanted had already gone out of stock,i was slow on the uptake there wasn't i,i don't know why i never thought of doing it earlier lol
  • I haven't got stick thin legs and they look nice. They are a bit shorter than knee length and I think they are flattering on most legs. Although the calf width isn't the most generous it does fit my medium/large calfs lol. Ooh - I love them. And they've got 'nine west' on the zip ! (It doesn't take much).:rotfl:

I've just ordered these (an absolute bargain) but not going to get too excited until I get them and they fit me. :)

  • Nine West Tumble boots - these are lush. got them yesterday

How is the size? I'm a 5.5-6 and I agonised all last night on whether to get a pair or not, thought I'd sleep on it, but now there are no size 6s left! Wondering if I should snap up the 7... do you think it would be fine with thick socks, or are the sizes quite generous to begin with? I really, really want a pair!!

Just letting you know I've tried these on in House of Fraser, usually being a size 8 and these were huge!! I've had to return 2 pairs of vintage america (by nine west) boots as they were so big so sorry but I would think you'd need a 5 x

Sorry to add to your confusion but I am normally a 5 but ordered a 6 in Vintage America and they were all fine, so I would order the bigger size. You can always return them if they are too big :D

The Tumble boots are big sizing. I am 7.5 normally and a 7 in these fit generously/comfortably. The 8's were huooouge !
