just need some help regarding registering a limited company . I want to register a company but that name is already registered but Dissolved.
Is that mean i can register the same name as it has been dissolved ?

Good question. Perhaps you can 'reuse' it, but I would like to think it would not hide it's history, otherwise we would have a state of affairs where potentially rogue companies could hide their history by re-registering some time later.
The thing to do is try. If you can't, Companies House will soon let you know!0 -
can't you just add "2011" to the name0
