how long does dla take after they have medical reports

had atos out to do report at my home.

he sent forms off over a week ago, does anyone know how long they take to come up with an answer.

as im due back in hospital for an operation in few weeks but my partner needs to return to work in a few weeks, so need to know were we stand before then

How long is a piece of string? It could be anything from a few days to a month ... rarely more than that.

ok cool, just the doctor said it normally only takes a few days after they get the report. or does it take longer for them to reply if they decline benefit giving them more time to find an excuse to refuse it or am i well off the mark lol

They have been generally quite quick recently, but that's no guarantee.
