Can anyone help me
I can't go with provident. I have tried credit union but haven't been saving with them for 3 months. I'm a bit worried about these payday loans, wonga, uncle buck etc and think I might get ripped off.
Is there any reputable company that I can trust?
Thanks!

Well, it's either friends or family, or very quickly list some stuff on ebay 1 day listing.
Have you any jewelry to sell, I believe gold is fetching quite a high price, ask around jewellers for their prices per ounce.

Pawn shop - you must have some stuff kicking around you can pawn for a few quids? Quick, and better rates often than payday loans as they are secured on goods.0

If it's for a bill, the bill can wait so the OP doesn't need £500 by the weekend.
If they know someone who is going to get their legs broken unless they pay £500, or it's a matter of life and death, then it's a different matter, so that's why it would help it the OP could say what they need it for.
