HI, I recently sent a strong worded letter to them had a phone call and they are reversing most of my charges,almost 300.00.

More info needed. What basis did you claim on? Working in a Collections complaints department for a high street bank, I can assure you that a 'strong [sic] worded letter' does not make one iota of difference in the way your complaint is investigated. I imagine that they will have looked at your account and based their decision on the way it has been run and the amount of charges you have incurred, nothing to do with kicking off with them!Getting married 02.08.14
