Hi my boyfriend bought me a gift voucher for £160 for christmas. he paid using a cheque. It was a beauty salon that i have used lots of time. I booked an appointment for next weekend last week. I just looked on their website and it says they have now moved and will update status when they have found somewhere else. I am really worried that they will just close down. Where do i stand with my voucher?

If they fold sadly your chances of getting anything are slim, you will just be another creditor.0

The wording online does sound more like they have just lost premises and are struggling for new ones. Have you called or emailed and asked. They may do the services mobile in the interim.0
