I don't think Natwest do, I've always got through to someone in the UK when I've called themDebt free and staying that way! :beer:0

Go with Natwest. At least you dont have to earn and deposit a minimum amount, more so in todays job market where you can easily lose your job.

You don't have to with First Direct. £1 in a savings account with them is all that is required to avoid monthly fees.
