Tesco Big Exchange points difference

I Had £15 worth of tesco vouchers of which i doubled up £5 to use on clothing (on 3rd Dec) and was told the £10 worth of points would be credited bank on to my account - i even received a receipt saying it has gone through.
Having looked through my clubcard statement online today, no points seemed to have gone on. Gave Customer services a call and they said its your fault for losing that receipt, you should know that problems can occur. They also said wait until your next statement comes through the post and then it MIGHT come on...

So my question is, is anyone in the same situation? Did you get the points put on your card straight away... Do the points actually come on the next statement?

I had some points refunded to my account and the increase appeared on my points balance within a couple of days.

Have you got more than one account - perhaps if you've lost a card and they've not merged the accounts properly?

Those with unused 'E-codes' voucher exchange - are automatically getting the original points, back on their card + plus some extra points.
If you have a physical voucher - receipt from store - return it to Clubcard for credit - but it will be for the original points value. It was only worth 'double' up to the date quoted i.e. 5th Dec.
