Stolen card details?!

Hello there, just wondering if anyone else has had their cards stopped in the past few days by the banks? I've had 3 now, by two different banks. I know I've not been silly with my card details, indeed I don't even think I've ever used one of the cards in question!

Both banks have hinted (but not admitted) to a range of numbers being obtained but won't tell me anything further (like how they were obtained) due to an ongoing investigation.......

I'm feeling a bit paranoid now!
:)
