Hi thanks for your posts, my situation:

Having a baby, moving back home, as i work full time and earned to much last year i dont think im intitiled to WTC, however i am CTC.

Tell me if im wrong! all new to this!

However my mum works part time, looks after my little brother and claims WTC & CTC etc...

However i dont think it fair if her money goes down because of what i earned last year!!!!???

im going back home as i will only be intitaled to Maternaty pay and wont be able to afford my bills etc...

Hope this explains a few things!

    Thanks Again

You may still be etitled to tax credits because the first £100 of maternity pay is ignored and because you can be assessed on the current years earnings if your situation has changed a lot but I dont claim so only know this off past threads here.
