A little rant from me

So after much comparison between cases for my iPad I finaly decided on the Marware eco-vue then looked what shops stocked them. Good news I thought when comet had them at £25 special offer, web exclusive (£40 in store!) , delivery or pick up in store.

Yet the only store I can get to has shown as out of stock for over a week. It's not as if they don't have any stock to replenish it as another store that comes up on the search has been hopping in and out of stock countless times.

You might ask why I don't I have it delivered. I would if the delivery charge wasn't nearly 25% of the cost of case!

It's just frustrating that their 'pick up in store' does not work like other shops where you can order anything that is in stock online and then its sent to the store for you.

Comet shops have fixed delivery days when stock arrives. If something is not available in store, you can order it from either another store or the main warehouse. if something is ordered 2 or more days before the next delivery, it will turn up on the next delivery day. If you print out the web price and take it into the store, they will match the web price.

I know it says its a web exclusive offer, but the case is what is know as an "essential" item and as such, is worth money for the salesman and the store that processes the sale.
