TV reception tonight

Is anyone else having problems. At first I thought it was just our freeview box playing up and freezing but since I put TV at about 7.15pm we've had hardly any programmes. The best is the BBC channel and ITV has been intermittent. Channel 5 and 4 non existant. We've checked and reset the freeview box, checked all the scart leads and connection and even plugged TV aerial straight into TV but the reception is really bad.
Tried out the two other TV's in our house which work off portable aerials and the picture on them is also fuzzy. Normally we have a good reception.

our channel 4 was dodgy but not through the cabel just on terresterial tv.. we in aylesburyThose we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
