HSBC Prem CC or Stooze?

Hi all,
Not used this credit card part of the forum before, so hi and hope you can help.
I am going to be making a number of large purchases over the next 12-18months. I currently only have a HSBC Premier credit card, no others (apart from the odd (2) store cards). Now I am disciplined, love my spreadsheets (yes boring I know), but I was wondering about Stoozing these purchases onto a new credit card such as the Tesco card. That would be better off in terms of rewards wouldn't it? I can pay the debt off, can pay min balance each month. Any advice? Never done this before.
