Opus Intrest Rate Help on balance transfers 0%?

I transferred a balance in Oct 10 and got a decent rate of 5% with Citicards I have now received my Opus card and my balance has now been moved over to the new card. Transferred 4k.
I just cant work out what my interest rate is. On the statement I received in the post it says.

Update.
Letter dated 15/01/11 received in the post today.
It was a mistake and the rate will return to the normal APR what was agreed with CITI Cards. I have 60 days intrest free from today though so happy days. :beer: Paid the balance off today anyways and account to be closed within the next few days.0
