Annoying Excel macro problem

I've been messing about with a macro in Excel. I deleted the macro afterwards, but now when I open the worksheet I get this:

I know I can prevent this message from appearing through Tools>Macro>Security, but that's sidestepping the problem.
Does anybody know a way that I can convince Excel that the macro is no more? Thanks.

I'm sure there is a way without doing this but try saving as an excel 4 sheet then loading and saving as a normal sheet again0

Are you sure it's deleted? Press Alt+F11 and look for code in ThisWorkbook and all Sheets.0

Thanks for that. I'd deleted the macro but the code was still there as a 'module'. Removed that and it's fine now.0
