No one has asked me what I want it for. It's to make a hula hoop. I have seen them on Ebay for £20 and was trying to make one as cheap as possible and this being a money saving site I was trying to see if I could pick up any tips.

I thought DIY stores sold things like this by the foot/metre but they don't

take a 4 pack of beers and do a swap. or go to a poundshop and buy a hoop in there, a 25mm alkathene one would be quite heavy

you must be REALLY small if 4 foot of pipe would make you a hula-hoop

I wish canes would work, but I think they would snap

it's recommended by hoopers on the net, that's all I know. I don't want to buy the wrong stuff, it doesn't work and I have wasted my money
